New Affordable Apartment Homes Available in Sunnyvale!

Welcome to Meridian! A brand new, 90-unit affordable housing community located in Sunnyvale, CA. Meridian will be accepting electronic applications on this website for our studio, one, two, and three-bedroom affordable rental units from December 4th, 2023 at 3:00 pm to December 18th, 2023 at 5:00 pm (pst). Paper applications will also be available for pick up in person at the One Stop Permit Center located on the 2nd Floor of Sunnyvale City Hall (456 W. Olive Ave, Sunnyvale, CA) or may be printed from this website. Paper applications must be mailed to the PO Box address listed on the application and must be postmarked by the application deadline to be included in the electronic lottery. A lottery will be held after the application period closes to establish the waiting list order. Meridian is still under construction, with an anticipated completion date of January 2024. There is no on-site leasing office open at this time. Applicants will be contacted in lottery rank order. Please refer to the Tenant Selection Plan for additional information on the lottery process and for a list of local preferences in place for this community.

Rent Range & Income Limits

Meridian has studio, one, two and three-bedroom affordable rental units available. Rent range: Studio $1,515 - $1,827, 1 BR $1,620 - $1,954, 2 BR $1,934 - $3,139; 3BR $2,227 - $3,619. Applicants must be income eligible and meet occupancy guidelines. Households must earn no more than the maximum gross income levels listed on the Application Info link above. Additional details can be found on our Tenant Selection Plan. Meridian values community and strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment. Our extras include a laundry facility, access control entry gate, elevator, assigned parking, and we’re pet friendly! We also welcome portable Section 8 housing vouchers, making our community accessible to everyone.
